Junko Koshino at OPAM

An exhibition of Junko Koshino, the renowned doyen of Japanese fashion. This celebration traces the oeuvre of her work from her earliest design sketches at high school, through coming to acclaim by winning the prestigious SO-EN award while still a student of fashion, her Sixities genre defining clothing and uniforms for Expo 70 held in Osaka, her Paris collections of the Seventies, and through to her discipline-crossing work until the present. It also showcases her collaboration with Drum TAO, Oita’s famed drumming collectives. At OPAM from 15 April - 29 May 2022.
